"I have been looking everywhere for Dr. Grandel's products online and had a lot of trouble finding information and stores that carry the line. There were a couple stores that carried the products, but with thorough research found out that there were many customer complaints regarding the store's customer service. Some of the sites did not even email me back. I live in Tokyo, so I didn't want to risk the shipment not getting here (which was common amongst the complaints).
